Got to replace some door stuff...Where to purchase?
Hey guys...
I have a stuck window regulator and some minor parts missing from my drivers door on my 68. Where is a good place to buy new door parts? Of course I have the LMC catalog and whatnot but I am worried about quality! Any suggestions? thanks CHRIS

I got my window regulators from Classic Parts. Quality pieces. The Board vendors should have all these parts as well.

My opinion on LMC's window parts is don't buy them. At least the felt and rubber parts that keep the window from rattling. They don't fit well. Still need a good set myself.

I had those scrapers from LMC too. Didn't last at all. Replaced with some good ones from Classic Heartbeat.

I bought some new window regulators from "Classic Parts" and they are identical to the originals except they work better! My windows now roll up and down effortlessly! Very solid feel but you can operate them with one finger. Everything I bought from Classic Parts was very nice quality.

Re: Got to replace some door stuff...Where to purchase?
I just purchased everything I needed from GMC Pauls. I think the quality, and the service was just great. I am very pleased with the fit, and the seal too. Don't forget to add a thin insulation sheet behind the door panel. That makes a big difference in the sound when you close the door.

I use TruckandCarShop. I have never had a problem with the parts I have bought from them.
