I can pick this up for 100 bucks, will it work for a spare for my 72 k10 and is it worth it for parts, ( the axles/spindles etc ) ratio is 3:07 according to diff tag other casting numbers are 445CF C36585 146CF and on the tube the numbers are 59 5AF 603454 my ratio in my truck ratio is 3:73 so the gears will not work, but for the rest of the spare parts ?? not a expert on this but are lots of these diffs still out there or did they change after 72.Thanks chisler

Re: Dana 44

The shafts will still work, just need to use a different seal. The shafts also use a bigger u joint..stronger= better.
Everything will work.
$100 is a fair price. Does the pass side have a flat top knuckle? If so its deff worth $100.
