72 cevy van question. please help

we picked up a 72 chevy van 20 for our band va. the brake booster is going bad in it and i was wondering if anyone new what other truck these parts are compatable with. the people at the parts house look at us like we are stupid when we ask for parts for this thing. is it the same as the 3/4 trucks? i need to redo the carrier bearing too now and they cant come up with one. any help would be nice. thank you.

Most of the parts places I have to go to (but hate) only hire people who look at you like you are stupid. When I was in high school working on my Chevy-powered F1 pickup, the guys at the local NAPA used to duck under the counter when I walked in.

You need to go to a friendly local junkyard so they can look in their Hollander manual for you. It will have everything you need. Finding the right place might take a while, though.
