repairing holes in the bed floor

Any ideas? It would be nice to get the stock corrugated look when repairing them. I've got 3 I need to fill, all about 2 inches across. One is in the middle where the prior owner had a 5th wheel hitch, and the other two are from my initial fuel cell disaster. Now that I'm moving that below the bed, I'd like to clean it up some.

If you can find a trashed bed that is usable, you cout cut out sections from that be and have them welded into yours. Or, you can nfind some thinner gauge metal and weld in there.

Eddie, I'd wear out my keyboard. It's all detailed out somewhere here on this board. Basically it took 2 weeks to install (any minor injuries, gas in the face, etc details you can imagine happened). Worked fine then died halfway home in a horrible rainstorm. Rebuild the TBI to find water in the fuel. Yanked, drained, & dried everything. Got it running, all worked except for the gauge. Ran out of gas and fried a $600 fuel pump (bought it for $250 and sold it on ebay for $240). Got a new pump installed, ran for a month then started dying. Parked it 4 months ago and I'm just now able to bring myself to work on it. Get the idea?

Big Red, I had thought about that. Tricky part would be cutting out a circle to fit at the same place as the hole.

Yes they are in the catalog. I think you may have to buy the entire floor though. Im not 100% sure if you can just get 1/3 of the floor, but I think so. I can check when I get home if you dont have a catalog.

What self-respecting 73-87 enthusiast doesn't have the LMC catalog?
Seriously, I've got one, thanks for offering.

What self respecting 73-87(91) enthusiast hasn't gotten the LMC catalog memoried?

Memoried huh?
Sorry Chris, too busy "decorating" with a woman that has no interest in Looney Toons (correlation to the man???) to bother memorizing the LMC catalog.

I could quit using it if you'd just leave your girlfriend in one place.

If your trying to tie-up a girl that big, you should really be securing the chains to the frame. Maybe you should consider using nylon webbing instead of chain. It wont make as much noise and if you get the right type it holds much better then chains.
