Painting the interior.
I am restoring the interior to my '67 chevy c-10. I want to paint hte inside white to match the outside, instead of the original saddle silver/grey. I have taken everything apart. Is is necesary to remove the entire dash? I unbolted it but when I removed the windshield it is spot welded in the front. So do I need to drill out those spot welds to remove it and paint it or should I just clean it in place and paint it? Thanks!

Re: Painting the interior.
You do see lots of folks though with painted cabs with the dash still attached. I am not planning to take mine out to paint. I think you can get up in there pretty well as long as all of the stuff is removed from it.
