Anyone have a use for a 67 HO52?
I will be removing my original 67 HO rear and would be happy to give it to someone who could use it. Central NJ. I will be removing the closed knuckle 44late in the year as well. 4:56 gears.

Let me know how you would want to get them and I will consider them spoken for.

I'm pretty sure those would be 12" drums...
When you get ready to part the D44, I'd be interested in one or both of the drums from it. Plus, I need a non buggered up selector from one of the hubs. PM me when you are ready.

Re: Anyone have a use for a 67 HO52?
I could use both the front and rear axles for my 66 k20. I have so outrageously low gears and it a nice truck but not enough to justify a newer axle swap. 4:56's would mean I could actually drive it on the street and keep up with traffic. I am located in Southern Pines next to Fort Bragg/ Fayetteville NC, not that far.
Thanks, let me know, Steve |

No, I am originally from DC. For what shipping would cost I could do a road trip home and a little north to Jersey. For the price you are charging I wouldn't put you through the shipping hassle!
Time frame works for me too, I am in no hurry, trying to get a burb on the road. I will PM you my email and phone so when ever you are ready. Thanks again, this helps a lot. Wasn't sure what to do about the truck, I got it from a farmer who use it to pull stumps after clear cutting |

Re: Anyone have a use for a 67 HO52?
Thanks, I was checking out the ones I have because i was going to give somebody the higher gears. You offer came just in time. I am surprised that i could even drive the truck from what i found. Bent housings, axles, cracks in both ring gears and hogged out races. Basically a worn out 44 year old farm truck! At least it runs good and the cab is in decent shape.
Thanks again, Steve |
