New from Indiana 62 C30 Panel
Hi, love the site and finally got on. Just bought a truck I had my eyes on for several years. 62 Panel truck. It is the one ton with the long body, even has factory air. I couldnt pass it up for $300. It was sitting in a pasture in North Dakota along with a 47 Chevy pickup, a 64 GMC pickup. I woud like to get the 47 as well someday. I had one before and sold it due to a move. I really regret letting that one get away.

Re: New from Indiana 62 C30 Panel
I am still trying to figure out the image posting. I believe I actually got a photo album saved with pictures. Now to figure out how to get them on a post..
About the truck. This was sitting in a pasture and I spotted it several years ago and wanted it immediately. Finally got my brother to track down the landowner and ask if he would sell it. He said it was probably worth $300 for scrap so I gave him $300 and hauled it away. They parked it about 7 years ago when the clutch went out. I throw jumpers on it an it spun right over. It is a panel even though everyone calls it a suburban. Just two bucket seats in front. It does have the floor mounted factory air between the seats. Now to get time to work on it. I notice there are not many C30's out there. |

Welcome to the site, that`s a big rig you got there. Don`t know that I`ve seen a 1 ton with a tailgate before, only seen a handful.
