Well, this is embarrassing.
I found this part while cleaning up my shop. I think it was from an old advanced design project, but I'm not sure.
So, can you gentlemen help me identify this part please? |

It looks like the lower valance panel that fits between the front bumper and the bottom of the grill shell.
