on the 66 C-10 do they have a 4 silver rings that go on the wheel and is the two different colors the flanw and the white are they a special order ideal for that years of pickups

old chevy truck, sounds to me like you're describing a stock passenger car steering wheel - have had two 65 imps with just what you describe (the 4 rings that serve as two-tone wheel paint separators). My 66 truck does not have them - nor does it have the indentations in the wheel where they would normally fit (i.e. you can't add them to a non-ringed wheel without some sort of homemade modification - which would be a nice touch if done well!). Not certain, but that'd be my guess.

I think the 66 deluxe wheel is the same as a 62-66? nova wheel, but the deluxe truck wheel has no chrome clips, and the cars do...
