I think my truck is sinking...

I went outside today around 12 and my 68 was normal height, I come back out at 3:30 and it had sank quite a bit- 4 inches in the rear and three inches in the front. I guess the shocks finally went away I typically don't deviate from the stock much, but I got a good deal on the springs and just could not resist, besides I was getting bored waiting on the 4x4 to get finished at the painters (he called monday night a said the cab should have color this week, we shall see...) Anyway here are some before and after pictures, after looking at c10kings trucks and the white wall look he uses, I think I will keep them on this truck, maybe just go with some truck rallies (15x8) covered with the stock caps to get a wider stance after I put on the power steering box and components.

Re: I think my truck is sinking...

Looks great! Definitely need some taller tires though. Will make it look lower by filling the wheelwells, and reducing the gap.

Re: I think my truck is sinking...

Def. needs some taller tires. The truck was unmolested underneath, heck the front springs were still black under the grease and the factory pull tags were still attached. It actually took longer to get the rear springs out than it took to get the fronts out. I plan on driving this truck alot. I am slowly building up confidence in it but still have some bugs to fix, but I plan to drive it much more than it has in a while.

Re: I think my truck is sinking...

Nice! I like the idea of keeping the stock caps on wider wheels. The front tires look fine to me, but some more sidewall in the back would look better. Great job, I really like it.

Re: I think my truck is sinking...

Geoff you see one set of buckets you have seen them all The tears in the drivers side are pretty unique I guess .... In all seriousness what do you want to see? Have battery will photo.
I went ahead and put the rails on earlier in the month as the holes were already in the bed rails, I was actually thinking about pulling them back off but they sorta give it the retro 80's look.
