DashTop door panel help needed

I recently purchased a used set of 72 door panels manufactured by DashTop. I got a heck of a deal on them. I was so excited and short on time that I just paid for them and left. I noticed after I got home that on the back of them there are strips of plastic bonded on where the push nuts mount in them. On the drivers side door panel (the one I REALLY needed) 3 of the 4 strips are missing. I was wondering if anyone had any experience or suggestions that could help me out on how to get the push nuts mounted. Maybe someone has a broken or worn out DashTop brand door panel that could sell me the strips off the back?

Mods, if this is the wrong area please move it to where it needs to be.

I don't have any experience with DashTop but if you contact them they may can send you more strips, just a thought..I remember a few years ago on a motorcycle windshield, I lost a couple of the clips and the company sent me two at no charge..
