newer dash/gauges in 66

did a search and couldn't find the thread(s) where i saw guys puttin newer gauges in older trucks. got a call today of a 2000 silverado that had been rolled and the dad was parting it out. first off lemme cry cause i missed the whole rolling chassis with 150K mile 5.3 /4L60 for $500 . i did get the front and back seats for a hundy tho for my boys 66. i already have an 05 5.3 and was wondering how easy it would be to put the guages from this truck in and how it would look. that way it would have the tach, electronic speedo, temp, oil press and fuel gauge to mate with the 99 Z28 tank/pump i acquired. any help with pics or links would be appreciated

This is the only one I have pics of. It is in a '61 with I believe a 2005 instrument cluster.

I know there has to be a way to make a joke out of that somehow, but it's not coming to be this morning.

Brotherstruckparts.com has a really cool aluminum dash insert that I just ordered. I will post pics once it is installed.
