1967 Pickup Info

Courtesy of the "Chevrolet Pickup Red Book" by Peter Sessler.

1967 info...526,776 Trucks produced, 3% od 12,588 CST (Custom Sport Truck)
of which only Fleetside were available with the CST option, 12% Tinted Glass,
3% A/C, 1% Deluxe Shoulder Harness, 32% Jr. West Coast Mirrors, 12% Sr. West Coast Mirrors, 4% Long or Short outside Rear View Mirrors,11% Positraction, 1% 3:07 rear axle, 3% 4:11 rear axle, 21% 327 V8,
207,720 trucks with 6 cylinder, 131,338 trucks with V8, (?) with 396,
2% Speed Warning Indicator, 2% Tachometer, 23% AM Push Button Radio,
1% Overdrive, 21% 4-speed, 1% Heavy Duty 4-speed, 10% Power Glide,
3% 3-Speed Automatic, 2% Camper Special Equipment, 17% Chrome back Bumper, 25% Two-tone paint.

the red book isn't exactly the gospel. It is full of inacurate info.
I gave mine away after looking through it.

Good question. Would be intersting to see where the author his info.

Try doin' a Google search for the Red Book you gave away.
They sell for around $80.00 - $200.00. Somebody out there thinks they're worth somethin'

this was about 8 or so years ago, and I only paid like 10 or so bucks if memory serves.
Either way, I felt it was contaminating my bookshelf.
