Re: 1967-1968 round mirrors
I have not purchased much from LMC myself but have heard of some quality issues with their products. I would call the guys at Early Classic. They are great to deal with and I would bet they can get the round mirror heads. There was an item that I couldn't find on their website so I called them and they were able to get it for me.

Brothers has good stuff, but if it's not in stock it could take quite awhile to actually receive the parts.

Re: 1967-1968 round mirrors
I've been using the LMC round mirrors for about 4 years now and with no problems. Only thing I had to do was tighten the 3 screws on the back side of the mirrors about 3 or 4 months after I put them on. I haven't had any trouble since.

Re: 1967-1968 round mirrors
ECE is great for the suspension stuff. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them with other parts. Talk about terrible communication on their part. I was astonished based on my previous suspension package order and everything you read about on this site. Most of their reproduction/replacement parts are CounterPart brand, same as most all vendors. I have had no issues whatsoever with this type part at Classic Parts, CMC Pauls, Classic Heartbeat, ETC. I would try to confirm that they have the parts in stock before you place your order with ECE, I had to wait over 7 months to have my order completed from them.

I've recently had the same experience with Brothers not having a fuel tank sending unit. I waited 2 weeks to be told it was back ordered and would be at least another 2 weeks. So just make sure it's in stock. |

The nuts rusted on mine in a few months, now the arms are starting to rust (but I think they may've came in contact with something my gfs dad puts on his lawn..) lol
had the doors/hood laying in the yard for a day or 2 (LAYING UP) and they rusted..lol

Re: 1967-1968 round mirrors
I can't remember wher I got my round mirrors - Brother's or LMC - but they are rusting at the pivot after about 6 months. I had the same problem with the rectangle ones.

Re: 1967-1968 round mirrors
Just picked up my set from Brothers 2 weeks ago. They are close enough to drive, they had them right there ready to go.
