Tranny and transfer case mounted again
Got the tranny and transfer case mounted last Saturday night. Using the engine hoist made it so easy to put in alone - what a good purchase that thing has been. Went with poly tranny and transfer case mounts - I was surprised at how good of shape the original ones were in, but I'm sure they were a bit compressed.
So far there is a slight bit of oil that has seeped out of the rear yoke output cover, but it hasn't dripped and I'm hoping it seals itself up over time. Has to be a thousand times better than it was before I replaced all the seals and gaskets. Hopefully will get to the barn over the weekend or first thing next week to finish up the engine so I can test fit it. I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel - it's kind of dim though!

And the transfer case mounts - ignore all the grime that didn't get removed!

Looks like it's coming along pretty good, I have had several rockwells but never really noticed how low they drop that rear shaft, should really help driveline angles, and those poly trans mounts are the only way to go.
