custom cab trim?

the piece that mounts behind the door, on the cab. How does it mount,screws, pins?

There is a small rectangular sheetmetal clip that screws to the side of the cab towards the rear that the rear edge of the trim slides under. That holds the rear in place. Then there are the 3 screws in the door jamb as well as the one exterior screw at the lower rear. That rear sheetmetal clip is not available in the aftermarket to my knowledge.
