smc valve rebuild help needed

does anyone have a diagram of a smc valve? i have 1 that is stuck open and want to disassemble it but afraid to mess it up. any tips or suggestions?

They usually can be fixed with cleaning.
I've seen a rebuild thread somewhere.. I'll look for you , but I wouldn't be afraid to pull it apart. It is very basic. I've seen the inside.

It worked!! just got done taking 3 of my valves apart and cleaning them. with the link you gave me i had more confidence when i took it apart.

Nice. Good work. They're not too complicated once you get them apart. What was fouling them up. dirt, Oil, or corrosion?

well it was kinda hard to tell but one of them was a lil dirty and the other looked like it had some corrosion and it is simple even more so with that link.
