I notice some trucks have Black bezels and others have Chrome...what is the reason for this? Is there an option # that tells you your truck is equiped with either?

While not 100% sure, i think the black ones are stock, and the bright ones are all aftermarket. They advertise the bright ones as replacement for 69 - 72.

All of my literature shows black surrounding the headlight bulbs, on '69 and '70. My sons' '69 had bright surrounds, while mine are still black.

Mine were black when i bought the truck but i polished out the grill and bezels and got rid of the black...
