Anyone know where I can find raised motor mount towers?

Im wanting to raise my engine and trans approx. 1 inch to get my trans pan from not hanging below the frame. I know Im gonna have to do some sheet metal work on the center hump. Just seeing if I can find some being made before I start fabing some up. I have a 2wd 71 C10 with 350/700r

I've never heard of any aftermarket mounts or adaptors. Does your truck have a high hump or low hump trans tunnel?

Shouldn't be hard to fab something up...

Big block towers will not raise the engine up any. If you get the high hump tunnel out of another truck (they bolt in) You can cut your low hump out (watch where you cut it) and bolt the high hump in. That should give you enough room to raise the engine/trans. You will have to give some careful thought as to what else will change when you raise the engine/trans up... Like exhaust, Fan, shift linkage, etc.
