Fugly cluster (F'ing ugly)

I have the old stock cluster with paint coming off and chipping away. The orange needles are fading also and it's just old.

I'm looking for a cheap way to spiff it up a bit.


I was thinking of repainting the clusters and the orange needle. But I thought this cluster was pretty cool. Anyone know where to get it? (ps this is a members cluster)
