heater core
I have a 1967 Chevy T50 tilt cab viking grain truck. I'm looking for a heater core. Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: heater core
I doubt GM tooled up a special core for them.It is probably a standard piece used on more than just the T50.The problem will probably be finding the match rather then finding a core once you have a part #.My parts book only goes up to C30 so I caN'T LOOK IT UP.iF YOU HAVE AN OLDER DEALERSHIP AND ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND PARTS mAN(tHE GUY WHO KNOWS HOW AND WILL LOOK IT UP IN A BOOK {iF THEY HAVE KEPT THE OLD BOOK}you should be able to get one.

Re: heater core
I actually was able to come up with a # from the dealer. The part # is 3148218. Of course, that # is discontinued. The next number that might cross is 3148217. This # is for '60-'63 up to 1-ton.
I'll see what i can do about getting a picture or two posted. It's just a tilt-cab tandem axle grain truck, but if you want i'll make it happen. Thanks for the help!!!!! P.D. |
