Replacement gas tank question?
Thinking about using a Blazer Style gas tank (frame mounted) to replace my stock gas tank. I have been told since I am doing a 4 1/2" / 6" drop, this tank will not work. I was told I would have to use an early model Mustang tank and do some work to make it fit. The truck is a 67 SWB. The question: has anybody used a Blazer tank that has a 6" drop in the rear? Any problems?
Thanks for the help. GREAT SITE. |

You can use a blazer tank it will hang a little bit but not compared to the exhaust.
