How to i remove the shifter from my trans?
I'm trying to lift the motor out today. Thank's y'all

There is a thin metal piece that clips it in at the top of the shifter tower you need to push it down and turn it to release the clip, good luck, larry

Push down on the ball cover and twist. It only needs to twist to release from the two pins. Like changing a turn signal bulb.
