Re: Darn injury's

impaled by the wire from a wire cup in my legs was the most interesting

This week I sliced my fingers four places putting my new grille shell on...those things have sharp edges
The funny thing is the more I work on the truck the less I notice these injuries....I don't feel them till later when something gets in the cut....or in the case of one of the slices from the grille....when blood starts rolling down my arm

Re: Darn injury's

Nothing too thrilling lately but, I used to be regular in the emergency room when I was an apprentice.

FYI, that is the exact width of the grinding stone... and it matches the one on my leg, takes me a few before i've learned..

other than a few deep cuts on my hands.. and loosing every piece of knuckle skin via exploding zip disks (wear your gloves kids!), i've been pretty lucky, i think..

Re: Darn injury's

^^ Sweet!....
Probably my most memorable, I was using two BFHs (one as a dolly) to smooth out a frame kink. Slipped and smashed the tip of my left ring finger, heard the bone crush, 'course lost the nail also.
Sorry, no pics, was busy jumping around cursing for about half an hour. Still get shivers from that one.
