wheel and tire question

i have a 69 lwb with stock suspention stock everything my question is would these fit my stock truck and how much difference would goin from 15 to 18 in wheel improve gas milage

Its not going improve gas mileage enough to be worth it, if that's what your asking.

no, your gas mileage wouldn't change.

To answer your questions, Yes, they will fit. No, they won't improve fuel mileage, or at least what cam.man said, not enough to make a difference. Finding the right size tire will be the next step. I think a 255/55/18 would be a decent size tire for stock height and still have a reasonable price.

if anything the wider tire required by that rim will increase your rolling resistance and a slight loss in mileage would be expected
