what have people done to add headrest to 69 blazer bucket seats?

I've never seen anyone add headrests to the stock seats. It would be easeire to just replace the seats.

just curious, i have a spare pair of buckets out of my 94 tbird that i thought i coudl steel the headrest mechanism from
