I am looking to reinstall my blazer side panels and the screw holes for the side panel mounts were welded up at some point can someone give me a rough measurement as to where drill the holes?

Re: Need some measurements please..
OK, first from the back of the 'B' post
first set first hole 14 3/16", second hole 18 11/16", both are 4 1/8" down from the indent. Alittle hard to get that demension as it has a convex curve. If you need it to be exact, I'll come off another plane now, off of the front of the post that houses your taillites second set first hole 15 3/16", second hole 19 1/2". Same distance down Might be difficult to drill the same hole that was welded up, as it might be hardened from the welding If it doesn't make sense, I'll try to take pics. We all like pics

Re: Need some measurements please..
Ok so I striped down the inner bedside metal and there are no holes that I can see. If the blazer was not ordered with the side panels would there be no holes?

Re: Need some measurements please..
I think you are right, my 71 did not have the side panels originally. No mounts or holes.
