So about how much would that cost me? Im still trying to decide on a motor for my 76....Think I just made my choice.

I bet he has over $7000 in that setup. It all depends on how much you want to spend. A 5.3 and 4l60e could be installed and running for around $2000 but that would be bone stock.

Nevermind.... make that 10K plus...lol I just went through his build thread and he did it right... no hack job.

I helped my brother put a lq9 and a 4l60e in one of our buddies 69 lemans a few months back and he had around $6k in it. I runs like a raped ape too A LQ9 (6.0) is hard to beat.

See, I got a bet going on with an ex girl of mine. She thinks that she can build a mustang that will out run my truck. And I told her she wouldnt, so I need something that will easily out run a built 351.

Lol, thats what I started thinking bout today. It would take me for ever to get the money to pay for that set-up. Not that I wouldnt pay it, just getting the funds would take forever. So I started thinking about building a 5.3 or something.
