Re: Another Porterbuilt X-member build
Subscribing for sure. Even though your truck was exactly what I am hoping mine is when it is all said and done. I like both the concept and inspiration, and am looking forward to the finished product.

Re: Another Porterbuilt X-member build
Subscribing as well.
Are you also using the PB trailing arm set-up on the rear, like your 'burb?

What the heck I'm in.
I say put all the trim back on it. I love the way they look with all the trim.

Re: Another Porterbuilt X-member build
Cool! Dropmember trucks are showing up more and more it seems, and I think half of them are Dino's. You guys work fast! I've been working on mine for about 9 months now and you will probably still finish before me.

Re: Another Porterbuilt X-member build
Yes, I am using his front and rear setup and I have already installed his hood hindges as well, Truck is already painted and awaiting the frame so we can do a cut and buff. My goal is to have it on the street by January. Sorry no trim except for the cab B pillar trim.

Re: Another Porterbuilt X-member build
I'm with 64 short... POST! I'm living vicariously through you while my truck is stuck in storage while I move...
JUST kidding, but I am looking fwd to some new progress pics, love the truck. Looking at your concept pic, what is your planned color? One of my favorites is any shade of root beer, especially with flake... Just in case you're undecided and wanted to paint it a color that I like! Ha. Great looking truck, and thanks for posting. |
