Front Tow Hooks

On my truck's dashboard sticker, it says the truck is optioned with Front Tow Hooks (3V76AA). I looked at the front, and can't find them. Where did they go on these trucks? Thanks.

Sounds like yours have been stripped! They would mount on the frame under the front bumper.

it really wouldn't surprise me if the p/o took them off for some goofy reason. he might have taken them off when he bolted the front receiver hitch to the front crossmember. but anyways...the way my truck's wiring is messed up, he prolly has those tow hooks bolted onto his house's wall as coathooks....sheesh.
speaking of coathooks...he had also screwed 3 coathooks to the flat area right above the rear window...one was right behind my head when I sat in the seat. Since I didn't want to become mentally retarded in case of a fenderbender, that got taken down before the truck moved and inch.
