Which Sanderson headers will work for me?
Hi guys-
I am ready to buy some headers for my truck and need some guidance as to which set will work best for me. I have a sbc 350 mounted in the rearward position in my '65. I am debating between the Sanderson CC3 or CC11 headers. I know that the CC3 which is a block hugger will fit but don't know for sure whether the CC11 which is a mid-length will fit. I spoke to ECE and they stated that the mid length may hit my firewall with the rearward engine mounting location. I spoke to Sanderson and they told me they would try to get the mid-length header to fit because it looks better and has longer tubes which will help with performance. Does anyone have any insight for me as to whether or not the CC11 will for sure fit or not? If I can't find a definitive answer I will probably just go with the block huggers so I don't have to worry about shipping headers that don't fit back and forth. i already did that with the hooker shorties that I bought first. http://www.sandersonheaders.com/Sand...eader-Set.html http://www.sandersonheaders.com/Sand...eader-Set.html Thanks, Derek
