Took the 71 GMC out and messed around some.

Time for a bigger lift. It is sitting on stock springs with 3" blocks front and rear. I know front blocks are bad but that is how it came. Will bigger lift springs help with the frame twist?

i HIGHLY doubt it will. boxed frame or added cross-members will help.

other than the front blocks you got a good looking truck

The plan is to install a proper lift this fall if I can afford it. I want to do a lift, tires, 4.56 gears and lockers front and rear. That is my future plans.

A good set of fresh lift springs in the front and back will do your truck good. Keep a look on Craigslist - you can often finds guys who started projects offering good deals on newer springs.

But you'll need to build up your frame to stop the twist.
