Yes he is. It was on there last winter...but I guess I can't prove it since I didnt think to take a picture of the whole thing.

Here's ours when we 1st bought it a few months ago. This is undergoing a full frame off resto and will become Cooter's tow truck when it comes out the other side. It will be showed off along side a buddy's 69 General Lee and 75 Fury Rosco Police car.
