Seats for an 80

I've been reading a few of the threads on the seat upgrades for our trucks and now I'm more confused then ever.

I would like to go with bucks but the 60/40 is practial. I can make the mounting hardware, but I'm concerned about the height?
I read that power seats are high mounting seats.

What are you guys using? Pic's please.

I'll be honest. These are my absolute favorites.

It looks like they even sell the motorized frames for them.

I plan on getting a pair of these in leather with the motorized frames come income tax time early next year.

Those are nice looking seats, but after you're done, you'll have over $1000 in them. And being on a budget, it ain't gonna happen.

I agree, it's not the cheapest route. Unfortunately, that's why I have to wait until income tax time. I've got some things from now until then I'm working on, so that will be perfect timing.

I'm just worried if they're going to be sitting a little high as well.

Sorry turner13, not trying to jack your thread here...

Re: Seats for an 80

The buckets we put in look a little high, but they adjust. If you'll notice, the driver's side is a little lower than the passenger's side. Also will be a smaller custom steering wheel, and I don't think you've hijacked his thread. He's looking for ideas on what other people are doing. Like I said, where there's a will, there's a way.
