92-99 Suburban Shackles/Hangers
I've got a 1999 C1500 Suburban that I want to drop 4" in the rear. Can I use a C1500 Pickup Shackle/Hanger kit and just cut the e-brake cable bracket off of the OEM Hanger and re-weld it to the aftermarket Hanger? Are there any serious floor clearance issues?

You might try posting in the 88-98 Message board section,... since you are not getting any response here.
I've never done this. Don't they make a kit for the 'burbs? Or do you happen to have the pickup kit already?
