Anyone install a flip out LCD head unit? Will they fit?

I have installed many stereos in my time but never a flip out LCD head unit. I am looking at a few with Bluetooth and a touch screen, some have a slide out screen that folds up, I am thinking the screen will hit the dash pad and not open all the way. There are also those that have a screen that is always exposed and they slide down to reveal the cd slot.
Anyway, have any of you had luck with such a head unit? Pictures?
I am looking at something like this, the screen slides down and also tilts, I am pretty sure it will clear the ashtray but would like to see if any of you have used such a unit in your truck. This is a single DIN unit. Thanks!
