I've never heard of one before but it does have the rare front fender chrome.

Can't argue with "not many made", but that doesn't make it worth $5K. By the seller's own admission, it's in rough shape.

I sold a set of fender chrome front and rear with no spears for 1800. So maybe not 5000 but could have some value.
