350 Chevy - 375HP

I like to know everybody's opinion what kind of carburetor works best with this engine for a daily driver and someone who does not know much about tuning:

Re: 350 Chevy - 375HP

I'd say the tried and true edelbrock 650, vacuum secondary and electric choke. Holley, Demon and others have more tunability but also need more attention. The edelbrocks are pretty well maintenance free once set-up.

No cam specs on that site? I'm a bit skeptical of the 375hp claim...no dyno sheet to back it up then it didn't happen.

The specs state that a carb is included

"New 4 Barrel Carburetor 650 CFM THUNDER SERIES Edelbrock "

Re: 350 Chevy - 375HP

What rear end do you have?
Not that you would want to get into it, but your
tranny would make a difference.

I would say try the edelbrock 600 or 650 and
compare.

I feel it depends on your engine set up not just
what carb you throw on it.

It is odd that they dont list the cam grind. Maybe they offer different options? You should request the cam specs.
