power steering frame question

i have asked for advice with probs i am having putting p/s on 68 pick-up. I was aske if my truck has a dimple for p/s box. Is there different frames? i looked at my red 68 and it does have a noticable indention. I am not sure about the truck i am putting p/s on now. (its at the shop, going there later). Could it be a different frame? It is a long bed cstm, 327, factory a/c but did not have p/s. Any thoughts. Gary

Re: power steering frame question

Look at the number on the frame right aft of the PS pump. If it doesn't match the VIN then it's from a different truck.
