Auto trans mounted shift linkage needed
I need part of the shift linkage on an automatic equipped truck. I bought a truck with no motor or trans. I still have the rod that runs from the column to the frame, the frame bracket and the frame mounted linkage.
I need the piece that bolts to the transmission its self that fits the piece that comes from the frame. I also need the trunion (?) that bolts to the column that tightens down on the rod for adjustment. Sorry if my description is not too clear. I have never known the technical terms for these particular pieces. Last edited by WIDESIDE72; 10-03-2010 at 09:16 PM. |

Does anyone else know, or have input as to what they used in swapping in an O.D.? There are several threads on here regarding swapping them in, but no details as to the linkage, so I assume that the old TH 350/ 400 linkage works on the 700 (?) Could you post a few photos? |
