Question Need 203 help?

Hey fellas, I have a 1977 K5 Blazer that I just put a new tranny/t-case in. The tranny is a 350 turbo/203 combo. My problem is that the new 203 has a regular u-joint hook up and my old one has the Flange. Is it as easy as just taking the big nut off in the middle of the flange or remove the little shaft for the front driveshaft? I have both types of driveshafts but the regular type is too short. I need to reuse the Flange type. If you guys can't tell it is for the front. The rear hooked up great.

Thanks fellas in advance.

I would just pull them off and try it. There may be a spline count difference, but I can't remember?
