problem out of nowhere
hey guys, why would the fuel pump relay start clicking as soon as the ignition is turned to on? it just started doing this. and when it does it she wont start. it is intermittent. seems like 90% of the time its doing it! i've checked the wiring and relay and everything seems right. very frustrating. any ideas and/opinions? thanks, Dennis

Re: problem out of nowhere
might sound dumb but have you thrown a new relay in yet? Sounds to me like something internally went wrong and its chattering the contractors on/off. For the cost of a relay its worth a try.
That or your powersource/wiring isn't maintaining enough voltage to the relay to keep it in the correct state (energized or not energized)

Re: problem out of nowhere
thanks for the input buddy but i think i got it embarrassed to say but i think it was the gas pedal wasn't hooked up to the tac module. its weird that sometimes it would start though.
