Blazer Scam
i am new to this forum but thought i would share this. i have been looking for a 72 Blazer for two years now. i thought i had found it even though the price was too good to be true. it was a fully restored 2wd black and silver resto. the seller insisted on using Yahoo Finance. sounds great except there is no such thing as Yahoo finance. they play on sympathy and want a quick sale. if it smells like a dead rat it probably is. Blazer buyers beware. i found the real seller and notified Hemmings of the scam. no i didn't deposit the money either.
so my quest goes on for just the right one. this site is phenomenal!! thanks to all of you for your posts and pics! my 10 year old son is getting into old trucks now too. |

Re: Blazer Scam
Thanks for the warning. There is someone using photos of a board members pulled from car domain to sell via ebay and craigslist from time to time. It sucks and it's hard to catch these scammers.
