Crew Cab Ext Cab Longbed

anyone got a picture of a Crew cab ext cab conversion with a full length bed?
i drew this one but i would really like to see how it would look in real life. i might be getting a ext cab roller, i think i have gotten a crew cab Fetish

Interesting that the top of the "camper shell" appears to be hinged on the side...

its a camper it would fold out to tent on the side of the truck
