need to repaint heater box any tips? it looks like it is fiber glass does that make sence?

I believe it is fiberglass ,I cleaned mine up then hit it with a scotchbrite pad and sprayed it with acrylic enamel automotive paint with a paint gun, and it looked great and held up great. here are a couple pics of it after it had been installed for a couple years. good luck

Red69ss, nice engine bay! If you are worried about scratching the fiberglass too much, use grey scotchbrite. It is a fine grade and clear will adhere to the surface fine without leaving the scratch marks from a rougher grade.
