HELP...putting my Wing Vents back in and have ?s

I've got a few questions for the ALL KNOWING 67 Owners.

When I bought my truck the PO started putting one-piece windows in the truck. He did a ****ty job so I'm going back to the wing vents.

If someone can answer me a few questions:

In the LMC catalog P.19

38-6390 Vent Window Assy - LH - Clear 68-72 $209.95
38-6391 Vent Window Assy - RH - Clear 68-72 $209.95

QUESTION - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN A 67 and 68?

QUESTION - WHAT OTHER PARTS DO I NEED?
# 9 Division Bar w/felt 38-5891 $29.95
# 10 Window Post Liner Set 38-5955 $29.95

P. 16

I believe I need:

#3 Window Seal - Inner 38-5961 $19.95
#4 Window Seal - Outer 38-5963 $19.95

QUESTION - WHAT IS #12 CHANNEL - DOOR GLASS - REAR - RH?

Anything else ya'll can recommend me getting?

A board vendor to sell you parts would be the first thing. You'll save a ton of money (most likely) and actually have some customer support(at least with the ones I've dealt with). The division bar is the back side(where the roll up window slides) track and should already be installed in a new vent window assembly. The inner and outer window seals will be needed but are cheaper thru a BB vendor.Check the vendors list at the top of the page for one near you and you may save shipping also.Keep the LMC catalog for reference, most vendors have one so they can match what you're looking at.And IIRC the difference is in the latch on the wing window.

Good luck with your windows.

Re: HELP...putting my Wing Vents back in and have ?s

Good thinking....I called and spoke with Mike at SOUTHERN KENTUCKY CLASSICS (board vendor)...at first he couldnt do anything, and I said well I just thought maybe being a vendor on the board they might have a discount. He said, well let me call the owner and Ill call you back. About 10 mins later, Mike calls me back saying he'll match LMC's prices on the Vents and then see what he can do on the rest of the stuff I needed. So he matched LMC's price on the vents and was already under their prices on everything thing else!

THANKS Bud....see that's why I love this board!

Ohhhhhh, so excited to get my truck on the road again...
