Who's 68 swb stepper is this?

I have always liked steppers but preferred fleets until I was offered a stepper bed for a good price and snooped around to find this truck, now I'm going stepside with my build, if anyone knows fill me in I have questions for the owner, been homer simpson drooling over this pic for a week

I know the truck is from the Chilliwack area. It was for sale probably 4 years ago on ebay?? I will look around I might have his email.

That would be cool, figured probably bags and frame mods for sure myself, kinda hoping it was a 5.5/7 spring though
