Question Assembly Instruction Manual (AIM)

Has anybody heard of anybody selling the (AIM) for Chevy Pick-Up
Trucks? All of the Chevrolet Cars are available. They must have had
them on the assembly line. Comments Please.

Re: Assembly Instruction Manual (AIM)

GM tends to call them "factory assembly manual". I have on for my old 67-72 and one for my 68 elcamino. I'm sure they're out there for the square bodies as well.

Re: Assembly Instruction Manual (AIM)

We called them PADs (Product Assembly Documents) or later on PDMs (Product Description Manuals). We still use them, even today, although they are an electronic version.

I also see them from time to time on ebay or other book places.

I (personally) don't have any old ones, as we used to throw them away when we were done with them....
