Rear hatch
Does anyone know of a method on how to remove the rear hatch (those two rusty hinge bolts)?

Are you talking about the hinges on top or the support arms on the sides? I had to drill out all of the side arms, but the top hinges came out ok.

The hinges on top. I've used a punch to try and pop them out but they're not giving up without a fight!

Oh ya, I couldn't get the pins out of mine either, so I just soaked them in PB Blaster for a few days. Now they work fine.

If your just trying to remove the hatch, take the metal covers off that cover the bolts into the top. Remove the bolts and pull the hatch out with the hinges on it. Then you remove the bolt covers on the hatch and take out thos bolts and you can pull the hinges out. Now you can put the hinges in a vise or press to remove the hinge pins.

Yeah, I have always done it like HGS_notes stated. I have run into issues with the little screws that hold the cover plates on though, as they like to strip, but they drill out easily. I had to use a lot of brute force to get the rusty hinge bolts out of the latest hatch I grabbed, and it helped to try and loosen them all up at the same time so the last one doesn't try and turn the hinge.
