Rims????

I know this has been a topic back and forth...

I am deciding on rims for my 67...I am going to go 18's in the front and 20's in the rear, but dont know what kind of rims to get...

There are so many out there to choose from...

Any ideas would be helpful, and as always pics are greatly appreciated!!!

Re: Rims????

I think some billet specialties Boost wheels would look awesome on a 67-72.

Re: Rims????

I think they look great, But I have done the 18&20,s on two different vehicles and both times had to run mismatch tires on front than the back. Just something to think about.

Re: Rims????

Just saw a truck on here not sure whos it is, but same suspension setup and he was running 20's on all four corners and they looked good so I might go that route!

Any more ideas for rims???

There was some on here a couple months ago that were awesome but I cant remember what they were called...

Re: Rims????

Just realized you said you wanted 18's and 20's. I personally don't like the look, I like the same size all around myself. I like a 5 spoke style 20", good luck with your choice.

Re: Rims????

Can't go wrong with coys I have 18's and 20's and the four tires are the same brand with zero issues. Of course I could had spent alot more money but I chose to the spend the real money under the hood...

18x8 with 4.5 backspace and 20x10 with a 5 backspace....

255/50/18 up front
295/45/20 in the rear

Truck tires continentals all the way around not the flimsy car tires that alot of people use.

Re: Rims????

Those Boosts and Coys are both awesome. Mine are a little more "flashy" than the Boosts but have the same design.

Re: Rims????
